📋 Before you submit, make sure you've:

Disconnected the affected device from the network if actively compromised.
Not turned off the device (forensic data lives in RAM).
Changed passwords for affected accounts from a clean device.
Taken screenshots of error messages, ransom notes, or suspicious emails.
Noted the exact time and date when you first noticed the incident.
